Some people come to me after experiencing sexual violence.
Others come as partners, friends, or family members who deeply want to support , while also navigating their own uncertainty, questions, or emotional responses.
All of these paths are welcome here.

I’m Larissa Maddy.
A trauma-informed space holder, somatic guide, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and artist.
My work is rooted in lived experience, deep sensitivity, and a respect for the body’s own intelligence. Before I ever guided others, I was learning how to feel safe again in my own body.
Through somatic work, movement, stillness, and art, I came to understand healing as something that unfolds slowly, without force, fixing, or urgency.
Today, I create spaces that honor pace, consent, and nervous system safety. Spaces where nothing needs to be performed, explained, or rushed.
What I offer comes from presence, care, and listening. Because I know how important it is to be met with understanding and empathy.

My work is trauma-informed and body-based.
I do not push, analyse, or force healing.
Instead, I focus on:
My offerings do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
They are designed to complement, support, or gently bridge existing care.

Trauma-informed support for women after sexual violence, and guidance for loved ones.

Body-based, trauma-aware support for women navigating emotional overwhelm, transitions, or reconnection with themselves.

An artistic and social project where lived experiences are transformed into visual art — creating awareness, resonance, and support for others.

Artistic projects and shared creative work exploring healing, embodiment, and the human experience. A space for expression, dialogue, and shared exploration.

There is a phase after sexual trauma that often goes unsupported.
The weeks or months after. When you freeze, disconnect, or feel constantly on edge. You simply want to feel safe.
Return to Safety is a structured 4-week somatic support container designed to help you gently restore a sense of internal safety.
If you’re navigating your own experience, or supporting someone affected by trauma, you’re not alone.
I’ve created a small collection of trauma-informed resources to offer grounding, clarity, and gentle guidance, whether you’re on your own healing journey or learning how to support someone you care about.
