A Place to Feel Safe

WHAT WE MAY WORK WITH

You don’t have to do this alone.

WHAT OUR 4 WEEKS LOOK LIKE

01 ARRIVING

We begin with you, not with everything that happened.

Together we explore your personal resources: what gives you strength, what brings comfort, what you enjoy and what has helped you through difficult moments before.

We talk about where you are now and what you need, and I introduce simple grounding and body-based practices you can use when you feel overwhelmed or disconnected.

Focus: safety · resources · grounding

75 min ・ in-person

02 MOVING

Some conversations feel different when we don't have to sit opposite one another.

We take our session outside for a gentle walk in nature, with Basil my sweet dog, if you would like her to join us. There is space to talk, walk quietly, notice what is around us and let movement and nature become part of the support.

Focus: connection · movement · nature

60 min ・ in nature

03 RECONNECTING

We gently bring more attention toward the body.

Through somatic practices and trauma-sensitive movement, we explore body awareness, grounding, boundaries, sensation and choice — always without forcing your body beyond what feels right.

Focus: body awareness · boundaries · choice

60 min ・ in-person

04 RECEIVING

Our final week creates space to integrate what you have discovered and gather the practices and resources that feel most supportive for you.

If you wish, we can close our time together with Reiki and gentle sound healing, offering your body a space to simply rest and receive.

Focus: integration · rest · your personal resources

60 min ・ in-person

ALL GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME.

A LOVING REMINDER

Four weeks are not a timeline for healing trauma.

Return to Safety is a beginning, a supported space to build resources, reconnect with your body and discover what helps you feel safer and more grounded.

At the end of our four weeks, we can look together at what you need next. For some women, this may be enough for now. Others may choose to continue with individual support at a slower rhythm.

This work is deeply personal to me. Years ago, I experienced sexual trauma myself. I know what it feels like to live in a body that no longer feels like home. To question your own instincts, feel disconnected from yourself and wonder whether you'll ever feel like yourself again.

Through my own journey, I discovered that my body had never been working against me—it had been protecting me all along. Everything began to change once I received the right support through trauma-informed somatic practices and learned to listen to my nervous system instead of fighting it.

Since then, I've gathered countless tools, insights and lived experiences that I now bring into this work. There is not one perfect method, because every woman's story is different. One thing, however, remains true for almost every trauma survivor:

Healing begins with safety.

When the body begins to feel safe again, it slowly remembers how to soften, trust and reconnect with itself. That process cannot be rushed, and in a world that constantly asks us to move faster, I want to offer a space where you don't have to.

I won't walk in front of you as someone who has all the answers. I'll walk beside you as someone who knows the path, honours your pace, and trusts the wisdom your body already carries.
